Role Overview
Nebius is looking for an execution-focused Project Manager to join the Cyber Security PMO, reporting directly to the Head of PMO under the CISO. You will own the delivery of complex, cross-domain security initiatives from initiation through to full deployment working closely with global stakeholders across Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent execution.
What You Will Do
Lead cross-domain security initiatives through the full project lifecycle from project charter and scope definition through planning, execution, monitoring, and formal closure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts including project plans, work breakdown structures, RAID logs, decision registers, and lessons learned documentation.

We expect you to have 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience with a strong and demonstrable delivery track record in complex, cross-functional environments. Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and formal project closure.
