Role Overview

As Senior Commercial Manager, Data Centers, you will drive the commercial activities that support Nebius's data center expansion and operations across the United States. You will be the primary point of coordination between our data center providers and internal Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement teams.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include provider commercial management, funding and payment coordination, cross-functional execution, and delivery alignment and reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial management, infrastructure business operations, project controls, or capital project delivery.
• Experience managing commercial activities involving data centers, energy, construction, real estate development, or other capital-intensive infrastructure.
• A demonstrated ability to drive work across Legal, Finance, and operational teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, change orders, payment milestones, budgets, and financial commitments.
• Confidence reviewing financial information, identifying inconsistencies, and challenging incomplete or unsupported requests.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage several complex matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and clear priorities.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
