Role Overview
The Special Capabilities Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and applying advanced research capabilities for the Nebius Global Intelligence team, with the aim of strengthening the company’s understanding of complex business, digital, and international environments.
What You Will Do
Manage and coordinate complex research assignments, translate information needs into clear work plans, conduct research across diverse digital environments, and integrate findings into a clear research picture.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial intelligence or specialized research firms
- Previous experience in an intelligence role within a relevant state, government, or public-sector environment
- In-depth understanding and practical research experience across the Dark Web, closed digital communities, social media, and online communication platforms
- Full professional proficiency in Russian, including the ability to read, understand, and analyze complex content
- Excellent command of English, including the ability to write, brief, and present findings to a high professional standard
