Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to lead communications for our Data Center Infrastructure organization. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the organization's priorities, projects, and major milestones, and helping leaders communicate clearly with a large, fast-growing, and distributed workforce.
What You Will Do
You will develop a clear, consistent narrative for the organization and its role in Nscale's success, translate complex technical, construction, and operational work into clear stories for a broad employee audience, and identify moments worth telling and plan communications around them.
