Associate, DC Development (AMERS)
Nscale — United States · Remote · Junior · $90k - $135k/yearly
Role description
Role Overview
The Data Center Development team plays a critical role in securing, de-risking, and advancing the powered sites that make Nscale's growth possible. As an Associate, you'll support the development of new AI data center sites across the Americas, working alongside development managers to advance projects from site control through due diligence, entitlement, and permitting to Final Investment Decision (FID).
What You Will Do
You will run diligence workstreams, coordinate consultants, and build the analysis and reporting that keeps a fast-moving portfolio of projects on track. This includes supporting development managers in advancing a portfolio of AI data center sites, maintaining project schedules, milestone trackers, budgets, and risk registers, and coordinating day-to-day with external consultants and internal teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a high-exposure role at the center of Nscale's development engine, where you will work across every stage of the development lifecycle, building the full toolkit needed to grow into a Development Manager role while helping bring the sites that power Nscale's growth to life.
