Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to manage commercial and contractual aspects of Nscale's Hyperscale Data Centre projects in the UK & Europe. The role requires a commercially astute professional with excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to project delivery.
What You Will Do
Lead commercial management of major hyperscale data centre construction projects, drive cost efficiency and value creation, own and manage detailed project budgets and CAPEX models, prepare and deliver detailed cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
7+ years' experience in forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and profitability across complex Construction projects / portfolios, degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline, proven track record of delivering profitable projects and optimizing commercial performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and profitability across complex Construction projects / portfolios
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
- MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation advantageous
- Proven track record of delivering profitable projects and optimizing commercial performance
