Role Overview

We are seeking a Physical Security Manager to develop and implement security strategies that safeguard Nscale's people, facilities, assets and information. This role is based in our Seattle, Washington office and requires onsite work five days a week.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement security strategies, policies and procedures to protect personnel, assets, facilities and information. Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure their proper functioning and effectiveness.

Why It Might Be a Fit

A professional certification in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), is a plus. At least five years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.

Requirements

• Professional certification in security management
• At least five years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces
• Experience developing and implementing security policies, procedures and programmes
• Experience conducting security assessments, audits and investigations at scale
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV surveillance, incident-management software and other security technologies
• Leadership experience, including the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team
