Role Overview

We're seeking a Director of Technical Program Management – Networking to build and lead the team of Technical Program Managers who deliver Nscale's network infrastructure across Europe.

What You Will Do

Build, lead, and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers covering cluster networking, data centre networking, and WAN delivery across Europe. Own the end-to-end network delivery plan for new GPU cluster builds and expansions.

12+ years of experience in technical programme management, network engineering, or infrastructure delivery, including 5+ years leading TPM or engineering teams. Strong technical grounding in cluster and data centre networking, WAN, and routing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical programme management, network engineering, or infrastructure delivery
• 5+ years leading TPM or engineering teams
• Strong technical grounding in cluster and data centre networking, WAN, and routing
• Experience running multi-site, multi-country builds with complex hardware, vendor, and carrier dependencies
• Proven ability to build programme management frameworks that scale with a fast-growing organisation
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to sites and partners
