Role Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will lead electrical system delivery for Nscale's hyperscale data centre projects. This owner-side role demands deep knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, and backup generation systems.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensure compliance with local electrical codes, review and validate design drawings, manage on-site interfaces, and monitor and report on progress.

7+ years' experience managing electrical delivery, degree or alternative qualification in Electrical Engineering, strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience managing electrical delivery
- Degree or alternative qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems
- Strong commissioning (CX) expertise across all MV/LV power systems
- Proven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities
- Familiarity with Norwegian electrical regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools
- Fluent in English; Norwegian advantageous
