Role Overview
As a Datacentre Electrical Technician at Nscale, you will be a vital member of our infrastructure operations team, responsible for ensuring the maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of our heavy electrical systems. You will oversee the hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and scaling of low-to-high voltage power distribution systems that fuel our cutting-edge AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centers.
What You Will Do
Your core responsibilities will be centered around maintaining absolute operational excellence and physical plant reliability: operate and maintain HV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, ATS/STS equipment, busway systems, PDUs, battery systems and associated monitoring equipment.

Requirements
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
- Experience in industrial or critical environments
- Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, UPS and generators
- Ability to interpret single line diagrams
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
