Role Overview

We're hiring an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our data centre infrastructure. This role sits within Infrastructure Operations and reports to the Infrastructure Operations Manager.

What You Will Do

Manage infrastructure projects, monitor critical systems, respond to incidents, and provide customer support. Adapt to customer-driven operational demands, including specialist support outside core business hours.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data centre environments
• Expertise in server administration, virtualization, and networking protocols
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Python
• Hands-on server experience within a tech organisation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced technical certifications
• Ability to make decisions on complex topics in ambiguous, results-driven environments
• Confidence influencing without authority and building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, diligent, and able to move work forward independently
• Strong customer service ethic; exposure to large-scale data centre environments is a plus
