Role Overview
The Regional Lead, People Enablement will be responsible for carrying the full People Enablement portfolio for the North America region, adapting what HQ builds to support local teams, and representing the function with senior stakeholders. The role requires a senior individual contributor with 15+ years of experience across talent, people, or related fields, with real breadth rather than deep specialization in one area.
What You Will Do
The Regional Lead, People Enablement will move between global build and local execution as the work demands, sometimes contributing to something the whole company will use, sometimes being the person who runs it here. They will represent the function regionally, in the room at leadership offsites and with senior stakeholders, and adapt what HQ builds so it reflects local needs.
