Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee mission-critical data center construction programs, providing direct oversight to the General Construction Manager(s) and other team members.
What You Will Do
Provide senior-level oversight of the construction program, directly supervising the General Construction Manager(s), Preconstruction Manager, Construction Scheduler, Cost Manager, and EHS Manager.

Requirements
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- 5+ years overseeing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial programs
- Demonstrated experience directly managing General Construction Managers, program controls (scheduling and cost) functions, EHS leadership, and multi-site subcontractor teams
- Strong command of program-level scheduling (CPM), budget and cost control, and contract administration
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel between multiple project sites as required
