Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will lead site selection and capacity program management for Nscale's data centers in Japan. You will identify and evaluate potential sites, manage permitting timelines, and ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of sites, engaging with landowners and local government, and performing technical due diligence on potential sites. You will also track market capacity status and report pipeline status to senior leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Data Centre development, infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, real estate, telecommunications, utilities, or mission-critical facilities
- Relevant 5+ years leading site selection, capacity planning, infrastructure strategy, or large-scale capital development programs in Data Centre space
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving Real Estate, Design & Engineering, Construction, Energy, Network, Legal, Finance, and external partners
