Role Overview
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to provide senior-level technical engineering support across our Power, Utilities & Infrastructure teams. This role provides technical and engineering analysis supporting the team's specific mission, whether that's commercial negotiations, load strategy, or substation and grid design.
What You Will Do
Provide technical engineering analysis and design support aligned to the team's focus area, support system studies, prepare technical documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in power systems engineering, utility engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting technical requirements, tariffs, or system studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce or review one-line diagrams and support system studies
