Role Overview
The Supply Chain Specialist will manage the end-to-end logistics, procurement, and inventory workflows supporting Nscale's operations in Norway. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment, spare parts, and operational materials arrive on time and within budget.
What You Will Do
The Supply Chain Specialist will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, site managers, and local vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment, spare parts, and operational materials. This role will also play a hands-on role in organizing inventory records, streamlining customs clearance processes, and optimizing vendor workflows.

Requirements
- 4+ years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, procurement, or inventory management within Norway
- Degree or vocational certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and ticketing/inventory tools
- Solid grasp of Norwegian import/export regulations, IncoTerms, and customs documentation requirements
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills for tracking shipments, auditing inventory levels, and reviewing supplier invoices
- Professional fluency in English
