Role description

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Vice President to establish, scale, and lead our global Owner-Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI) procurement organization for our AI and accelerated computing data center pipeline. This is a high-impact executive role focused on sourcing and delivering the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure that powers and cools next-generation GPU and AI clusters.

What You Will Do

Own the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the OFCI procurement organization in support of an aggressive AI data center expansion roadmap. Develop and maintain vendor capacity reservations, multi-sourcing frameworks, and risk-mitigation strategies to address acute supply constraints for high-density power and liquid cooling equipment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This leader brings strategic vision and program management, high-stakes vendor negotiation and commercial acumen, deep technical fluency in AI data center MEP and liquid cooling systems, executive presence and stakeholder management, risk management and supply chain planning, and lifecycle costing with OpEx alignment to a function that sits at the center of our growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing within hyperscale or AI data centers, critical infrastructure, energy, or large-scale commercial development.
  • Deep working knowledge of AI data center MEP systems, including medium and low voltage power distribution, generators, and both air and liquid cooling technologies, along with OFCI delivery frameworks.
  • A proven track record of drafting, negotiating, and managing complex master equipment purchase agreements, master service agreements, and long-term maintenance contracts, ideally covering CDUs, cold plates, or related liquid cooling equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience building, structuring, and leading high-performing, multi-location procurement teams from the ground up.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
  • Dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions.
  • Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first.
  • Autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.
  • Flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver.
