Role Overview
The VP, Market Intelligence, EMEA will own Nscale's view of the data centre market, drive expansion strategy, and build supplier relationships across EMEA. The role requires a well-connected, highly capable individual with experience in data centre or infrastructure research, market strategy, development, or capacity sourcing.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include market intelligence, expansion, regional alignment, capacity planning, demand matching, external relationships, power and land tracking, benchmarking, governance and reporting, team building and leadership, and maintaining a strong industry profile.

Requirements

- Established network across European data centre operators, developers, and capacity providers
- Proven track record establishing a research or intelligence capability
- Fluency in power, land, and capacity markets
- Ability to judge whether an option is genuinely deliverable and good value
