Role Overview
Assist with People Operations functions, including onboarding, employee relations, internal communications, and HR systems. Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
What You Will Do
Assist with new hire onboarding, build onboarding resources, support employee engagement, gather and analyze employee feedback, draft internal communications, create POps templates, and conduct research on HR best practices.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
