Role Overview
Join TensorWave's Recruiting team to gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle, supporting recruiters with candidate sourcing, review resumes, and maintain accurate candidate information.
What You Will Do
Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, review resumes, assist with candidate outreach, interview coordination, and maintain accurate candidate information.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and new people.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, or early-careers hiring.
