Role Overview

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Construction Delivery to own construction delivery outcomes across our growing global data center site portfolio.

What You Will Do

Set portfolio-level construction strategy, manage GC and landlord relationship escalation, negotiate GC selection and contracts, own the tenant/fit-out delivery schedule, and represent construction delivery directly to the VP of Development & Construction.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of construction management leadership in mission-critical or data center construction, with experience on the owner's-representative side, the ground-up development side, or both.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of construction management/delivery leadership in mission-critical construction
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex construction programs and budgets of $25M+
• PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification preferred
• Experience with hyperscaler or colocation build programs and/or ground-up data center development as principal, land through CO, preferred
• Experience managing capital partner or JV stakeholder relationships through a development lifecycle a plus
