Role Overview

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to help build and maintain the technical operating system that powers our global infrastructure delivery. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on organizing complexity, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our technical source of truth is accurate.

What You Will Do

You will own and evolve our project management environment (Smartsheet/Jira), build and maintain automated scheduling tools, logic, and templates, and ensure that architecture diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled, up-to-date, and accurately reflect the current state of our hyperscale partnerships.
