Role Overview

The People Operations team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to bring in top talent to support our company with its next phase of growth.

What You Will Do

Strategically source candidates for various types of corporate roles, conduct successful phone screens interviews, and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
• Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data) w/in a high-tech company
• Clearly understands the role requirements across technical and other corporate functions
• Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing sites
• Ability to successfully manage compensation conversations, analysis, and presentation to candidates
• Excellent communication skills, and professionalism, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Comfortable with a metrics-driven role
• Professional, process-oriented, internally motivated, and driven to succeed (can-do attitude)
• Other soft skills: Flexible, team player, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and strong decision-making skills
