Business Process Controls Lead

Role description
We're building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence at Fluidstack, and we're looking for a Business Process Controls Lead to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our core processes. As a high-impact, highly visible role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to eliminate friction, drive efficiency, and build scalable systems that allow Fluidstack to grow without breaking.
Requirements
- Experience in business process management, operations, management consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end business processes across multiple functions
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose process inefficiencies and measure the impact of improvements
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- CPA required
