Role Overview
We're looking for a Contracts Manager to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, and build scalable machinery to handle contract volume. The role requires extreme ownership, velocity, and first principles thinking. The ideal candidate has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, using AI for contract review, and building templates and playbooks.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard commercial paper, owning the contract queue end to end, and building scalable machinery to handle contract volume. The candidate will work across legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure terms, approvals, and obligations stay connected after signature.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, using AI for contract review, and building templates and playbooks. Bonus skills include data center or infrastructure contracts, technology licensing and procurement depth, compliance framework implementation, and paralegal or law degree background.
