Role Overview
Lead Fluidstack Labs, a team qualifying next-generation compute, network, and rack hardware ahead of fleet deployment. Own the qualification roadmap, run the lab as an operation, and make deploy-or-not decisions backed by data.
What You Will Do
Qualify next-generation hardware, stand up lab environments, engage vendors as a peer, and publish results for the whole company to act on.

Requirements
- Led hardware qualification, systems engineering, or lab teams for compute or infrastructure
- Owned deploy-or-not decisions with real money behind them
- Stood up lab environments and the process discipline to run them
- Engaged vendors as a peer: roadmaps, escalations, and early access
- Published results the whole company can act on
