Role Overview
We're looking for a Qual Engineer to execute qualification programs, own test benches, log and triage failures, and maintain the lab. You'll work with server-class hardware and be responsible for keeping the lab organized under heavy throughput.
What You Will Do
You'll execute qualification programs, test plans, and data collection, and document results across compute and rack hardware. You'll also own the test benches, build, cable, and instrument them, and maintain the lab's inventory, calibration, and environments.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in hardware test, validation, or lab engineering
- Ability to follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong
- Experience with server-class hardware and electrical test equipment
- Linux command-line fluency and scripting basics
