Role Overview
Drive adoption of the automation platform across every function, run rollout, onboarding, and training programs, and sit with delivery, procurement, and finance teams to find where adoption sticks. Own the enablement program across dozens of teams at once.
What You Will Do
Run adoption, rollout, or change programs, build frontend surfaces, prototype with AI tools, and measure success by usage. Sit with teams to find where they get stuck and turn what you see into fixes that ship the same week.

Requirements
- Run adoption, rollout, or change programs where real teams change how they work
- Build frontend surfaces yourself (React, TypeScript, or similar)
- Prototype with AI tools daily and ship what works
- Hold credibility with non-technical operators and platform engineers
- Measure success by usage, not launches
