CoreWeave's EMEA footprint is scaling rapidly, and Poland has emerged as a central hub for our technology and engineering talent. As we grow and expand our European presence, we need a Senior People Business Partner with genuine in-country expertise to serve as a primary People partner for Poland-based employees as well as functions across EMEA.

What You Will Do

Execute with Impact: Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stepping into the details when needed to ensure people programs land and deliver measurable impact. Strategic Partnership: Serve as an influential thought partner to leaders, helping translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
