We are seeking a Data Center Area Manager to oversee data center operations in an assigned region. The Data Center Area Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, coordination, and management of various data center facilities. The primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of data center builds while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, security, and reliability.

What You Will Do

The Data Center Area Manager will lead and mentor a team of data center leads, manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and oversee the operation and maintenance of all data center infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data center operations
• Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in managing staff in a data center environment
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, networking, and security
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
• Proven project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
