Role Overview
The Data Center Manager will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of the facility, guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime.
What You Will Do
The Data Center Manager will lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting, and will perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data center operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, and will be able to lead a team, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop and implement best practices to maximize uptime.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with data center management tools and software
- Excellent time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the Linux Operating System
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment
