The Data Center Manager is responsible for the operational excellence of the data center facility, leading a team of technicians in daily operations, developing and implementing best practices, and ensuring the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.

The role involves guiding a team, performing regular inspections and audits, responding to technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support client projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations
• in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure

• experience with data center management tools and software
• proficiency with the Linux Operating System
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
• flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment
