Director of Controllership Transformation

Role description

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Controllership Transformation to lead the Controllership organization on their growth journey through system and process transformations and governance of data. The role will focus on process, controls, and identifying and driving opportunities for automation by thinking outside of the box with a focus on scaling the core accounting foundational systems and processes for the future.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in US GAAP accounting
• Proven track record of leading accounting organizations through change for both systems and processes
• Extensive experience in managing in a SOX controlled environment
• Demonstrated experience managing master data governance
• CPA license
