Role Overview
We are hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, EMEA to drive employment lifecycle execution across the region, with deep operational ownership in Poland. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team - oriented around systems, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
End-to-end lifecycle operations across EMEA: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, contract amendments, probation completions, and statutory leave administration across all countries in scope. Workday data integrity for the EMEA population - keeping records accurate and current, understanding how upstream quality shapes the experience downstream for employees, managers, and Payroll alike.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with meaningful time in EMEA employment lifecycle work.
- Multi-country EMEA experience - you have administered lifecycle operations across more than one European country and have real judgment about where you can standardize and where local context requires a different approach.
- Polish employment law fluency - you understand employment contracts, statutory leave entitlements, and compliance requirements in Poland in practice, and have a strong sense of when a question belongs in your hands versus Legal's.
- Workday HCM experience - you have worked in Workday, executed lifecycle transactions, and hold yourself to a high standard on data integrity.
- Strong English and Polish - both are required for this role.
- High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack
