Role Overview
CoreWeave's Hardware Quality organization is responsible for product enablement, factory operations, hardware reliability, and global manufacturing excellence across our supply base and fleet. We are looking for a Principal Engineer to own and lead the strategy and technical architecture connecting supplier data, manufacturing analytics, and product reliability into a single, coherent system of insight.
What You Will Do
Define and drive the strategy for capturing, standardizing, and integrating quality and process data from OxMs and component suppliers. Establish data contracts, quality gates, and integration patterns with suppliers to ensure timely, trustworthy, and actionable data flows.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in hardware quality, reliability engineering, manufacturing analytics, or a related field
- Deep expertise in reliability modeling and statistical methods
- A track record of building or architecting manufacturing and quality analytics platforms
- Experience working directly with OxMs and component suppliers on data integration and quality data contracts
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management concepts
