Manager, DC Construction - Project Accounting

Role Overview

The Manager, DC Construction - Project Accounting owns the accounting for capital costs from project setup to asset placement in service. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role at the center of our self-build and fit-out programs.

What You Will Do

You will set up the project structure, run the monthly accrual and cost-to-complete process, determine when assets are ready for their intended use, and trigger their capitalization on a timely basis. You will partner closely with teams across accounting, finance, construction, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in capital, construction, or fixed asset accounting
• Demonstrated experience owning a month-end close process end to end, delivered to deadline every cycle
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance, with proven experience owning control documentation and supporting external audit
• ERP systems experience required; experience with NetSuite, project costing modules, and close and controls management software is an advantage
