Product Manager, Compliance

Role description

Role Overview

This role translates SOX compliance requirements into structured programs, drives accountability across IT process owners, and builds systems and workflows that make compliance scalable.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end IT SOX compliance program, including control design and documentation, and ensure controls are executed consistently and on time.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance, or a related field
• Deep familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs)
• Experience supporting enterprise business systems
• Strong understanding of PCAOB auditing standards, the COSO framework, and COBIT
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Experience with GRC platforms
• Excellent written communication skills
