The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle. This role will primarily support hiring in Warsaw, Poland, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure an efficient and scalable process.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, Recruitment Operations, or a similar support role.
- Proven experience coordinating high-volume interview activity across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and rigorous follow-through.
- Able to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Confident building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
- Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
