Senior Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategic insight — ideal for someone passionate about uncovering what drives high performance in a sales organization and turning that insight into action. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Data Engineering and Finance to analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the funnel.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of GTM strategies, monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, identifying performance gaps, and proposing data-backed recommendations. You'll also partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that drive accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a GTM, strategy, business operations, or related analytics role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, BI tools
• Experience working with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.)
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
